Grief And Bereavement Support

The grief and bereavement support group is held every Thursday over a 6-week period from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm at Hum-Lew-Sun Lion’s Club, 156 Pleasant St. Moncton.

Nav-Care

Nav-Care is a specialized care coordination program offered by Hospice SENB. It is designed to provide comprehensive support for individuals with advanced serious illness and their families. Our team of trained professionals works closely with patients and their healthcare providers to ensure that their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Education Services

At Hospice SENB, we believe that knowledge is empowering. Our Education Services are designed to provide individuals, families, and healthcare professionals with the information and skills needed to make informed decisions about end-of-life care and support.
