Hi! I’m Bonnie! As CEO, I am honored to be part of Hospice SENB providing compassionate and essential care for individuals and families during one of the most profound and vulnerable times in life. Hospice is more than just a service—it’s a commitment to dignity, comfort, and support. In my free time, my husband and I are usually cheering on our kids at the rink or on the field. I also love hitting the golf course and taking walks with our dog, Sully!

Hello, I’m Christine! I’m the Chief Operations Officer for Hospice SENB. I spend most of my free time in the rink or camping, enjoying quality time with my young family. I work for Hospice SENB because I am passionate about ensuring people have good quality of life, regardless of their age or health status, and I want to ensure this essential service is available to anyone and everyone at the end-of-life. I am privileged to work at Maison Albert House with an incredible supportive staff and volunteer team, a team that truly goes above and beyond to provide comfort and care to individuals and their families as they journey through the most difficult transition in their lives.

Nick brings over five years of experience in fundraising and community engagement to his role as Fund Development Officer at Hospice SENB. Passionate about fostering strong community relationships, he is dedicated to advancing the mission of Hospice SENB by helping ensure individuals and families have access to compassionate end-of-life care. Nick is honoured to support such a meaningful cause and is committed to making a lasting impact in the region through thoughtful, strategic development initiatives. Outside of his professional work, Nick enjoys spending time on the golf course, watching sports, and sharing adventures with his wife and their energetic puppy, Remi.

My favourite part of working here is being able to support staff and families in any way that I can. I want people to know that hospice is not a sad place, it's a place where friends and families can spend time with their loved ones while knowing they are getting the care they need.

Hi! I’m Samantha! I am the Intake and Admissions Coordinator at Maison Albert House. I have two pets, a senior loving and cuddly Tortoiseshell calico, and a senior high energy sporting dog of mixed breed who are my world. Hospice is important to me because I believe in quality end of life care that provides dignity to clients. Providing autonomy to each client to individualize their journey. My favorite part of working at Hospice SENB is the support from a multidisciplinary medical team, two health authorities and community nursing all coming together to provide support for palliative clients within our communities.

Hey! I’m Cory, I love going to sporting events and concerts. I’m the Support Services Coordinator at Hospice SENB. Hospice is important to me because residents and their families get the quality palliative care that everyone deserves, and we have the time and support to provide that at Maison Albert House. My favourite part of working for Hospice SENB is sitting with residents and getting to know what they like, watching TV with them, hearing their stories, and learning about their lives.

I have always loved to help others, socialize, clean, and organize. Working at Hospice SENB is a delight for me. I work here because it allows me the time to be my best self. The team and care here are exceptional. People are seen, heard, and supported. Hospice is important because everybody dies, and as a society, we should work together to take care of those people during this time in their lives. My favourite part about working here is being inspired by residents who are kind and joyful when they have every reason not to be. I enjoy talking with them if they are able to and learning about their life.

I have been working in palliative care for many years and I love the team at Albert House, the calm atmosphere as soon as you walk in, as well as what Hospice SENB stands for. Hospice SENB is important to me because it provides a comfortable environment that allows residents to live out their final moments surrounded by love and support.

When residents are admitted to Maison Albert House, our clinical team and volunteers work hard to grant an end-of-life wish tailored to the desires of each resident.

Hello, my name is Thomas. I’m the Medical Director for Maison Albert House. I've had an interest in hospice care since I began my medical career. I love working with such a passionate and dedicated team. The best part of my job is seeing the results of every worker's caring approach having a positive impact on resident and family experiences. The volunteers, the support staff, the kitchen staff, the health care workers and everyone else are dedicated every day to bringing comfort to people and it’s great to be a part of it all.

Hi there, my name is Suzanne and I’m a Roster Physician serving Maison Albert House. Residential hospice fulfills an important need for compassionate end-of-life care and comfort for individuals and their loved ones in a quiet neutral environment. It allows the caregivers to relinquish some of the difficult day to day challenges in a palliative situation. Providing the opportunity for family and friends to focus on their relationship with the resident with support from the Hospice team is very important to me.
