  1. General terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by our customers with Boutique Hospice Shoppe through the Hospice SENB website. By using our website or placing an order, you, as the customer, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following terms and conditions in full before placing your order.

The inclusion of products on our website at any given time does not guarantee that these products will be available. Boutique Hospice Shoppe reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Boutique Hospice Shoppe also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The terms that will apply to your particular order will be those that are published on HospiceSENB.ca at the time of your order.

  1. Handling charges and product prices

We do not charge Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or local sales tax on any of our products featured on the Hospice SENB website. There is a small handling charge of $1.00 regardless of the size or the weight of your online order which will be indicated during the checkout process.

  1. Ordering

Once you have placed your order on our website at HospiceSENB.ca, you will receive an email confirmation with your specific order invoice. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any particular reason, we will let you know as soon as we can. In the event of any error including omissions and inaccuracies that may relate to product descriptions and availability, we reserve the right to cancel prior to the time of in-store pickup.

  1. Payment methods

You, as the customer, are able to pay for your goods at the time of order with a valid credit card. The order will not be completed if your credit card is not approved at the time of order. Boutique Hospice Shoppe reserves the right to deny any purchase. An invoice will be emailed to you directly upon completion of your order.

We are not able to accept payment for online products by in-store gift certificates.

  1. In-store Pickup

Boutique Hospice Shoppe will endeavour to have your order ready as soon as possible for in-store pickup. We will aim to have your order ready for pickup by midday the following day from the time of order. Though our intention is to have your order available for pickup as soon as we can, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events or unexpected store closure.

You may notify the staff at the donation door or in the store on Collishaw Street that you are ready to pick up your order.

  1. No refunds or exchanges

Please note that all sales on our website are final. The prices of the goods sold in Boutique Hospice Shoppe’s website reflect the quality and condition of our pre-loved clothing, jewelry, accessories and vintage items. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of each product featured on the Hospice SENB website.

The colour of each online product will depend on your specific device and we cannot guarantee that your particular device will accurately display the colours of the specific product.

All clothing measurements and item measurements are only approximations to give you an understanding of the fit of that specific item. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive.

  1. Shipping

Shipping is available to your Canadian-based destination. Upon checkout, just enter your address information and the applicable rates will be added to your total.
