Shafford Vintage Teacup and Saucer that is hand painted! This is a fantastic striped teacup and saucer set. This set is white pearlescent with black and gold stripes throughout the piece, with some gorgeous pink in the center. This set is an amazing shape, the saucer kind of looks like a poppy and the cup is a rounded square. This set is trimmed in gold and the handle is completely covered. The cup does wobble from an uneven foot, but it does not distract from the beauty or convenience of the piece. It is made In Japan out of fine porcelain and was produced between 1940’s to 1970’s.
