These lovely clip on style vintage earrings are in excellent condition. They feature Shiny silver alpaca metal and inserts of lustrous iridescent abalone shell and lavender abalone shell. They have a very modern look. From the top of the piece to the bottom of the abalone shell, they measure 4 cm (1.5 inches) long and 3cm (1.1 inches) wide at the middle.
They are marked ALPACA MEXICO on the back. Alpaca metal is a tin, nickel, zinc and copper alloy that looks and polishes up like silver but wears like iron and will consistently look very good for a long time.
